Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Internship, traineeship, student job, or first professional role is welcome but not required.
• Curiosity about third‑party risk management, operational resilience, financial services, regulation, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Third-Party Management activities including risk assessments and due diligence.
• Assist with assurance report reviews and monitoring activities.
• Maintain TPM records with documentation of decisions and follow-ups.
• Prepare updates and overviews to help stakeholders understand third‑party risks.
• Learn how regulations like DORA translate into day‑to‑day controls, evidence and reporting.
• Suggest improvements to TPM processes and workflows.
• Assist with data quality, reporting, and use of technology and AI where relevant.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management and business teams.
• Provide practical support to business users and suppliers on information needs.
