You will shape market development plans, lead digital solutions initiatives, coordinate launch readiness, and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in marketing, commercial, business development, or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, translate strategy into execution, and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Therapy Development & Market Growth: analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and build market development plans.
• Digital Solutions Development: plan and execute digital initiatives across Western Europe with stakeholders.
• Launch Planning & Execution: lead product launch planning and readiness across Western Europe, coordinating cross-functional teams.
