Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Therapy Development Marketing Manager to drive referrer engagement and advance diagnosis and referral pathways for aortic stenosis across Europe.

You will shape strategy, partner with country teams, and develop HCP education programs while leading cross-functional projects and monitoring program success. The role is based in Europe with on-site expectations.

Qualifications

• University degree in Life Sciences or related field with significant therapy development or healthcare marketing experience.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the European Therapy Development strategy for referrer engagement.
• Own the CATALYST program strategy and roadmap across Europe.
• Partner with country marketing and commercial teams to identify referral barriers.
• Develop and optimize HCP engagement strategies and education programs.
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage program budgets.
