Qualifications

• Experienced sales and marketing leader with a history of delivering results.
• BA/BS; Masters, MBA, or PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years leading a commercial organization.
• Native Dutch and proficient English are required.
• Proven leadership in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy in the Netherlands in alignment with regional and global direction.
• Develop consolidated plans for short term and long-term growth.
• Drive growth by translating insights into value-based opportunities.
• Own the P&L and financial planning with cross-functional teams.
• Build partnerships with hospitals, payers, associations, and KOLs.
• Inspire and develop talent across a matrixed organization.
