Job summary

CFI is seeking an M&A analyst to support deal execution across sectors, learning fast and growing with a collaborative team. You’ll work on financial modeling, information memoranda, and client presentations, with hands-on involvement from day one.

Fluent Dutch and English, strong analytical skills, and a relevant academic background are expected. The role offers international exposure, travel allowances, and a structured development program within a supportive culture.

What will you do?

As an M&A analyst, you support and contribute to deal execution and advisory projects across sectors such as Business Services, Software & IT Services, and Industrial Services.

• Performing in-depth financial and market analyses and translating insights into clear recommendations
• Supporting the preparation of information memoranda, pitch materials and client presentations
• Working on valuations and financial models
• Conducting sector research and benchmarking market developments
• Supporting data room management and transaction processes
• Assisting in client communication and stakeholder coordination
• Monitoring progress, deadlines and deliverables within projects

You’ll work closely with colleagues across levels and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow.
