Job summary

Lindenaar & Co Corporate Finance in the Netherlands seeks an Analyst with up to 2 years of experience to contribute to valuation analyses, information memoranda, and market research. You will join deal teams and engage in due diligence, with room to grow your corporate finance skills.

Ideal candidates hold a completed Master’s degree, fluent Dutch and English, and show entrepreneurial drive and strong analytical and social skills. You’ll work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Completed master degree in a relevant field.
• 0-2 years working (internship) experience in corporate finance, private equity, transaction services or accountancy.
• Strong analytical and social skills.
• Entrepreneurial and self-starting capabilities.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Motivation to work in corporate finance / M&A.
