Corporate Finance International (CFI) invites you to join our Amsterdam-based M&A team as an Analyst. You will contribute to deal execution and advisory projects across sectors, building expertise from day one.

You’ll perform financial and market analyses, assist in memoranda and client presentations, and work on valuations with guidance from senior colleagues. You’ll develop your M&A and sector knowledge in a collaborative environment that values ownership, curiosity and teamwork, with

As an M&A analyst, you support and contribute to deal execution and advisory projects across sectors such as Business Services, Software & IT Services, and Industrial Services.

Your work includes:

• Performing in-depth financial and market analyses and translating insights into clear recommendations
• Supporting the preparation of information memoranda, pitch materials and client presentations
• Working on valuations and financial models
• Conducting sector research and benchmarking market developments
• Supporting data room management and transaction processes
• Assisting in client communication and stakeholder coordination
• Monitoring progress, deadlines and deliverables within projects

You’ll work closely with colleagues across levels and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow.
