Corporate Finance International (CFI) invites you to join our Amsterdam-based M&A team as an Analyst. You will contribute to deal execution and advisory projects across sectors, building expertise from day one.

You’ll perform financial and market analyses, assist in memoranda and client presentations, and work on valuations with guidance from senior colleagues. You’ll develop your M&A and sector knowledge in a collaborative environment that values ownership, curiosity and teamwork, with

• Strong analytical skills and interest in finance, strategy and business dynamics.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth financial and market analyses and translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Support preparation of information memoranda, pitch materials and client presentations.
• Work on valuations and financial models and conduct sector research.
• Assist in data room management and transaction processes and client communication.
