Job summary

Huawei Europe in the Netherlands is hiring a Delivery O&M Engineer (energy product) on a contracted basis in Rijswijk. You will manage live network issues, support rapid responses, and coordinate technical breakthroughs for photovoltaic, data center, energy storage and temperature control products.

Job Title: Delivery O&M Engineer (energy product) (Contracted)

Main Responsibilities:

The main products involved are photovoltaic, data center, energy storage, and temperature control products within the digital energy product line. Main responsibilities and tasks include:

(1) Leading the handling of key live network issues, responding and supporting quickly, coordinating technical breakthroughs and analysis, analyzing root causes, and performing zeroing and reduction;

(2) Participating in inspections, identifying and eliminating risks to ensure smooth operation of products in the live network;

(3) Extracting and promoting product reverse improvements through common issues;

(4) Comprehensively identifying product adaptability and special scenarios, enhancing product maintainability, and assisting in the development of maintenance efficiency improvement tools;

Requirements:

• Familiar with basic knowledge related to new energy, professional requirements: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Materials Engineering, temperature control and power electronic products, Automation, and related fields;
• Priority given to those familiar with photovoltaics, Transformer, data centers, energy storage, temperature control products;
• Priority given to those with experience in energy product development, testing, and maintenance;
• Priority will be given to those with the ability to analyze and handle issues such as sealing problems, fastener failures, electrical connections, and air conditioning system malfunctions.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
• Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
