Job summary

WE Fashion in the Netherlands is seeking an In-Store Visual Merchandiser to ensure our collections are showcased to their fullest potential. You will arrange store windows, displays, mannequins and POS materials in line with WE guidelines.

Together with the Store Manager, you’ll translate commercial opportunities into strong visual merchandising solutions, inspire colleagues, and maintain a cohesive in-store experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Affinity for fashion, styling and visual merchandising.
• Education in fashion, styling, or retail.
• Experience in visual merchandising, styling or store presentation.
• Ability to translate commercial opportunities into store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Arrange displays, mannequins and POS materials to create an inspiring shopping environment.
• Identify commercial opportunities with the Store Manager and translate them into VM solutions.
• Inspire colleagues in visual merchandising and ensure a consistent in-store experience.
• Greet customers warmly and advise on latest fashion trends.

YOU WORK FOR WE®

As an In-Store Visual Merchandiser, you ensure that our collections are showcased to their fullest potential. You create an inspiring shopping environment by arranging store windows, displays, mannequins, and POS materials in accordance with WE® guidelines.

Together with your Store Manager, you’ll identify commercial opportunities on the sales floor and translate them into strong visual merchandising solutions. You’ll also inspire your colleagues in the field of visual merchandising and contribute to a consistent in-store experience for our customers.
At WE®, you’ll have the opportunity to further develop your skills in this field. Through coaching, training, and hands-on experience, you’ll learn how to translate commercial insights into strong in-store presentations and develop yourself step by step as a visual merchandising specialist. And, of course, you’ll give every customer a warm welcome and advise them on the latest trends. Where you’ll make an impact:

• You have an affinity for fashion, styling, and visual merchandising, and you’re energized by an inspiring retail environment.
• You bring the necessary knowledge from an education in fashion, styling, or retail—or from another background that prepares you for this role.
• You’ve already gained some experience in visual merchandising, styling, or store presentation and want to further develop your skills in these areas.
• You recognize commercial opportunities and know how to translate them into an attractive store presentation.
• You take initiative, enjoy working collaboratively, and like to get your colleagues on board with your ideas.
