WE Fashion in Zwolle, Netherlands, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead on the shop floor, support the Store Manager, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will drive sales, participate in daily operations, and step in when needed to keep the store running smoothly.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be the right hand of our Store Manager - often the left hand as well – and you pull out all the stops every day to ensure the ultimate shopping experience for your customers. You make a significant contribution to the success of the store and manage to exceed the sales of each quarter. You will also contribute to all activities on the shop floor and coach and inspire your colleagues. And should the Store Manager need a day of shopping, we will entrust you with the store!
