WE Fashion BV is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Spijkenisse, Netherlands. You will be the right hand to the Store Manager, driving sales, coaching staff, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

You will contribute to daily store operations, mentor colleagues, and lead by example with a passion for fashion and service. A growth-minded role with development opportunities awaits.

YOU WORK FOR WE

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be the right hand of our Store Manager - often the left hand as well – and you pull out all the stops every day to ensure the ultimate shopping experience for your customers. You make a significant contribution to the success of the store and manage to exceed the sales of each quarter. You will also contribute to all activities on the shop floor and coach and inspire your colleagues. And should the Store Manager need a day of shopping, we will entrust you with the store! Do you have extensive experience in a service-oriented environment and are you looking for a managerial position with room for growth and development?
