Job summary

WE Fashion is seeking an In-Store Visual Merchandiser in Utrecht to present our collections at their best. You will craft window displays, in-store layouts, mannequins and POS materials following WE guidelines to create an inspiring shopping environment.

Collaborating with the Store Manager, you will identify commercial opportunities and translate them into effective visual merchandising solutions. You will inspire colleagues and help customers with trend advice, while opportunities for growth

YOU WORK FOR WE

As an In-Store Visual Merchandiser, you ensure that our collections are presented in the best possible way. You create an inspiring shopping environment by presenting window displays, in-store displays, mannequins, and POS materials in line with WE® guidelines.

Together with your Store Manager, you identify commercial opportunities on the shop floor and translate them into effective visual merchandising solutions. You also inspire your colleagues in the field of visual merchandising and contribute to a consistent and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

At WE®, you will have the opportunity to further develop your expertise. Through coaching, training, and hands-on experience, you will learn how to translate commercial insights into impactful store presentations and gradually grow into a visual merchandising specialist.

And of course, you warmly welcome every customer and advise them on the latest trends.

Where you make an impact:

• You have an affinity for fashion, styling, and visual merchandising, and you are energized by creating inspiring retail environments.
• You bring relevant knowledge through an education in fashion, styling, retail, or another background that has prepared you for this role.
• You have already gained some experience in visual merchandising, styling, or store presentation and are eager to further develop your skills.
• You recognize commercial opportunities and know how to translate them into attractive and effective store presentations.
• You take initiative, enjoy collaborating with others, and like sharing your ideas and inspiring colleagues.
