Job summary

Boston Scientific in the Netherlands seeks an Account Manager Urology to manage hospital accounts from Rotterdam to Kerkrade. You will partner with urologists, nurses, and managers to deliver a superior customer experience and support the Urology portfolio.

You will launch innovative products, enable clinical use, and drive sustainable market growth while coordinating education, product training, and marketing initiatives across hospital teams.

Qualifications

• Some experience in sales, account management, clinical support, or healthcare field.
• HBO qualification in healthcare, life sciences, business, or related discipline.
• Strong Dutch and English communication with healthcare professionals.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach across functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer success in the Urology portfolio across hospital accounts.
• Build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Lead strategic account planning using market intelligence and growth opportunities.
• Ensure seamless customer support and coordinate product availability and technical support.
• Monitor developments in urology and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy.
• Provide clinical and technical support for urological procedures.
• Lead educational events, product training and marketing initiatives to deepen relationships.
