Zusammenfassung

ClearCorrect, part of the Straumann Group, is seeking an Account Manager Orthodontics in the Netherlands to develop your North-East territory, build relationships with dental professionals and help practices adopt our digital solutions.

You will join a collaborative team and work with Inside Sales, Clinical teams and Digital Solutions to grow the customer base and drive opportunities for intraoral scanners and our digital workflows across the ClearCorrect portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in field sales or B2B healthcare environments.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with drive to grow business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and own a territory.
• Fluency in Dutch and a working knowledge of English.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business: Identify and approach potential customers, with a focus on high-potential dental practices, orthodontists and aligner users considering alternative solutions.
• Grow existing customers: Build long-term relationships, identify growth opportunities and help customers increase their use of ClearCorrect.
• Support customer success: Guide new customers in adopting ClearCorrect, working closely with Inside Sales and Clinical teams to support their onboarding and development.
• Drive digital sales: Identify and develop opportunities for intraoral scanners and digital workflows, including our Sirios solutions.
• Own your territory: Develop and execute a commercial territory plan, manage your sales pipeline and take ownership of your results.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with colleagues from ClearCorrect, Implantology, Digital Solutions and other Straumann Group teams to create opportunities and deliver value to customers.
