Job summary

We are hiring We are hiring an experienced Service & Repair Temperature Control Technician with the potential to advance within 12 months to Team Lead S&R TC.

Your mission

To achieve our operational and financial objectives, you will be responsible for the repairs offered at S&R Moerdijk to bring them back into rental status and make them available for rental. When the fleet arrives, you will have to prepare an estimate, plan of action, define parts requirements and ultimately carry out the repairs under the supervision of your team lead. Initially you report to the S&R TC leader as technician. You also work closely alongside the team with the aim of taking over this role. This would represent a clear shift in your role, involving direct reports and a change in your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Upon arrival of the fleet, prepare an estimate, determine which parts are needed and draw up an action plan.
• Carrying out maintenance and repair work in accordance with company guidelines and/or in consultation with the team lead.
• Testing, detecting and resolving faults and if required, customizing the sets according to Aggreko standards or even customer requirements.
• You are personally responsible for repairing the sets so that they are immediately ready for rental; this also includes noting their external condition, all under supervision of the Team lead.
• Keeping track of your timesheets, allocating parts to your service orders, and handling other administrative duties associated with the role of a Technical Service Technician.
• Exchanging expertise across S&R TC colleagues across the European business.

Key performance indicators

• Contribute to achieving Europe EBITDA target.
• Reduction in average repair time of our (TC) assets.
• Lower % of assets in Major Repair status.
• Support for the rental business if required.
