Job summary

Aggreko plc in Moerdijk, NL is seeking an experienced Service & Repair Temperature Control Technician to restore TC assets to rental readiness and advance to Team Lead S&R TC within 12 months.

You will prepare estimates, define parts, perform repairs under supervision, and collaborate across Europe. Dutch and English required; occasional European travel; visa sponsorship not needed.

Qualifications

• S&R experience with TC fleet and products.
• Holding the F-gas certification to work on TC equipment.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Prepare an estimate and action plan on fleet arrival.
• Carry out maintenance and repairs per guidelines and with team lead input.
• Test, diagnose and resolve faults; customize sets as required.
• Repair units so they are rental-ready and log physical condition.
• Track timesheets, allocate parts, and handle admin duties.
• Share expertise with S&R TC colleagues across Europe.
