Job summary

Aggreko Moerdijk is seeking an experienced Service & Repair Temperature Control Technician with a clear path to Team Lead within 12 months. You will repair and prepare rental TC units, estimate repairs, plan actions, and source parts under supervision.

The role emphasizes teamwork and operational efficiency. Applicants should have S&R TC fleet experience, valid F‑gas certification, and strong Dutch and English communication.

Qualifications

• S&R TC fleet experience and product knowledge.
• Holding F-gas certification to work on TC equipment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
• Dutch language at an advanced level and business English proficiency.
• Live near Moerdijk and no visa sponsorship needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare an estimate and action plan on fleet arrival.
• Carry out maintenance and repair following guidelines or team guidance.
• Test, fault-detect, and customize sets per Aggreko standards or customer needs.
• Repair sets to rental-ready state with supervision from Team Lead.
• Manage timesheets and allocate parts to service orders.
• Share expertise with S&R TC colleagues across Europe.
