Job summary

Product Pulse is seeking a Field Service Project Manager to lead large-scale telematics installation projects for key customers. You will coordinate third-party installation partners and serve as the main contact during deployments, balancing project management, stakeholder coordination, and operational oversight.

You’ll oversee the service department’s budget, identify cost-saving measures, monitor expenses, warranties, SLAs, and ensure invoicing accuracy in collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• ~5 years in project management (customer-facing) with knowledge of project management methods.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Salesforce is a plus.
• English and Dutch mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex high-volume installation projects and coordinate installations for key customers.
• Act as main contact during deployments and manage external installation partners.
• Monitor KPIs, service quality, and customer satisfaction; manage budgets and invoicing review.
• Support Sales in pre-sales and project execution; collaborate with Customer Support, Sales, and CSM.
