Job summary

Robert Vint is seeking a Technology Delivery & Implementation Lead to turn technology initiatives into practical, value-driving solutions across Europe. You will connect business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and local teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

The role involves hands-on delivery, removing obstacles and owning outcomes, with a focus on real business value and measurable impact.

Qualifications

7+ years in technology delivery, implementation management or digital transformation.
Proven track record leading end-to-end technology implementations.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and vendors.
Practical understanding of change management and user adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of technology solutions from planning to rollout.
Coordinate business, technology, vendor and local teams and manage risks.
Engage users early via workshops, pilots and testing to ensure business needs are met.
Integrate change management, communications and training into plans from day one.
Drive rollout, adoption and post-launch improvements across operations.
Monitor usage and outcomes, feeding insights into improvements.
Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to all stakeholders.
