Job summary
Itility in Eindhoven seeks a Legal Business Partner who blends Dutch law expertise with commercial IT acumen. You’ll sit with the commercial team from day one, shaping multi-year IT deals from initial talks to signature and risk-aligned structuring.
Embedded in a fast-growing consultancy, you’ll handle framework agreements, SaaS contracts, privacy issues, and software licensing, while guiding stakeholders across functions. Hybrid work and strong development opportunities are offered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dutch law
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Legal Counsel, corporate lawyer, or attorney
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Affinity with IT topics (AI, privacy, software, security)
- Excellent communication in Dutch and English
Responsibilities
- Be embedded within the commercial team from day one, advising on legal risks and structuring IT deals
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts to enable business growth
- Balance legal risk with commercial goals, shaping deals that are both sound and commercially attractive
- Help develop and maintain Itility’s legal standards, including AI governance and GDPR considerations
