Job description

Packaging involves various materials processed using specialized machinery. Each workstation in the sawmill requires specific skills, tools, and materials. As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in ensuring that all workstations are efficiently equipped and operating smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Supplying workstations with the correct materials
2. Providing appropriate tools to each workstation
3. Delivering the right product to the correct location on time
4. Maintaining clean and contamination-free work areas
5. Collaborating closely with operators and workstation staff
6. Working effectively as part of a team
7. Manually assembling and stacking products
8. Assembling and packaging insulation and components
9. Performing quality checks and sorting products as necessary

Requirements include:

• English communication skills at B1/B2 level
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in a production environment
• Availability for two shifts
• Driving license (car) preferred
• Soft skills aligning with company culture: team-oriented, proactive, motivated
• Forklift (reach truck) operation skills preferred

Employment terms:

• Gross salary from €15.11/hour plus 118% shift allowance
• Net salary approximately €500-€550 per week for a 40-hour week
• Contract based on 40 hours with long-term prospects
• Potential for overtime for additional income
• Salary paid according to Dutch laws
