There will be ongoing guidance and coordination with a permanent mentor for your personal development program. This means that the assignments are chosen together with you based on your background, interests, and vision for the future. In addition, you will become familiar with other parts of the company through work visits, shadowing days, and inspiration weeks. If you are interested in cyber security, field service, or something else, such as back office, you will have the opportunity to shadow someone. This is an international department with many nationalities, and there are global projects that are managed from The Hague. We expect you to be willing to travel abroad to participate in a work experience program or to travel to another Siemens location in another country.
