Responsibilities

• Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en collega’s over verfproducten per telefoon en e-mail.
• Adviseren over verfproducten en toepassingen.
• Afhandelen en opvolgen van technische klachten.
• Verstrekken van kleurrecepten aan verkooppunten.
• Ondersteunen bij organisatie en coördinatie van technische trainingen.

In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen over onze verfproducten en help je klanten en collega’s met praktisch en inhoudelijk advies.

Je maakt deel uit van het Technical Support Service team in Amsterdam. Samen met je collega’s ben je verantwoordelijk voor technische ondersteuning, productadvies en kennisdeling binnen de Benelux. Binnen het team is ruimte om te groeien: we kijken naar jouw ervaring en interesses en stemmen daar je werkzaamheden op af.

Interne kandidaten: deze rol is interessant als je je verder wilt ontwikkelen in technische productkennis en een meer adviserende rol richting klanten.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze functie ligt de focus op technisch advies en klantondersteuning aan collegae, opdrachtgevers, professionele schilders, service centers, dhz-verkooppunten en consumenten.

Kern Van De Wekzaamheden

• Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en collega’s over het gebruik en de toepassing van verfproducten (telefonisch en per e-mail)
• Adviseren over verfproducten en toepassingen
• Afhandelen en opvolgen van technische klachten

Daarnaast

• Verstrekken van kleurrecepten aan verkooppunten
• Controleren en opstellen van technische adviezen en datasheets
• Samenwerken met marketing rondom productinformatie (websites en etiketten)
• Ondersteunen bij het organiseren en coördineren van technische trainingen

Wie zoeken wij?

• Je hebt ervaring in een technische supportrol óf affiniteit met verf (bijvoorbeeld door werk, opleiding of interesse in de schildersbranche) en de motivatie om je hierin te verdiepen
• MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau
• Je communiceert duidelijk en klantgericht, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt in oplossingen
• Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed (Frans is een pré)

Je hoeft nog niet alles te beheersen, belangrijker is dat je het leuk vindt om vragen van klanten over het gebruik en de toepassing van verfproducten uit te zoeken. We zorgen ervoor dat je goed wordt ingewerkt en ondersteunen je actief in je ontwikkeling.
