PPG in Tiel zoekt een Supervisor om een team van circa 10 medewerkers in een 5-ploegendienst aan te sturen. Je zet in op procesoptimalisatie, veiligheid en productiviteit, en werkt actief aan continuous improvement met LEAN-methodieken.

Je hebt minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau en aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring in de maakindustrie of logistiek, bij voorkeur met een VAPRO B/C/D diploma of bereidheid dit via de werkgever te behalen. Ervaring in de chemie is een pré.

Qualifications

• Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Supply Chain of Logistiek.
• Leidinggevende ervaring in de maakindustrie of logistiek is een harde eis.
• Kennis van LEAN en continuous improvement is gewenst.

Responsibilities

• Leiden en coachen van een team van circa 10 medewerkers in een 5-ploegendienst.
• Zorgen voor soepele, veilige en efficiënte processen op de werkvloer.
• Sturen op procesoptimalisatie en performance en signaleren van knelpunten.

Kickstart jouw leiderschapscarrière bij een innovatieve speler in de industrie! Voor onze locatie in Tiel zoeken we een energieke Supervisor die het team naar een hoger niveau wil tillen.

Jouw rol

Als Supervisor ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een hecht team van circa 10 medewerkers. Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst en zorgt ervoor dat de processen soepel, veilig en efficiënt verlopen. Jij bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, coacht je team en weet mensen in beweging te krijgen.

Daarnaast:

• Stuur je op procesoptimalisatie en performance
• Werk je actief aan continuous improvement met LEAN-methodieken
• Signaleer en verbeter je knelpunten in het proces
• Borg je veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit
• Ben je de schakel tussen operatie en management

Wie ben jij?

• Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau, verkregen via een afgeronde opleiding, bij voorkeur in Supply Chain of Logistiek
• Geen HBO, maar een MBO4? Dit is aangevuld met een afgeronde VAPRO B/C/D ook bespreekbaar
• Leidinggevende ervaring in de maakindustrie of logistiek (harde eis)
• Interesse in LEAN en continuous improvement
• In het bezit van een VAPRO B/C/D diploma, of bereidheid om minimaal VAPRO B via de werkgever te behalen
• Sterk in communicatie en teamontwikkeling
• Ervaring in de chemie? Dat is een pré
