Job summary

Jobster zoekt een gemotiveerde IT/technische professional die de lancering van ons IoT/vehicle-safety platform in Nederland ondersteunt. Je richt je op het correct instellen van systemen en klanten, activaties en portalbeheer, en werkt mee aan grootschalige fleet-rollouts.

Je werkt aan first-line connectivity- en device-ondersteuning, test nieuwe features en neemt deel aan de dagelijkse korte stand-up. Vereist is een IT-gerelateerde studie en 1–3 jaar relevante ervaring met een klantgerichte

Qualifications

• HBO/WO diploma in IT, CS of a related field is required.
• 1–3 years in a technical role (support, service desk, implementation, systems admin) preferred.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to solve unfamiliar problems without a script.

Responsibilities

• Keep systems and data correct: set up vehicles and customers, activations and device portals.
• Coordinate fleet rollouts (potentially thousands of vehicles).
• Provide first-line connectivity, SIM and device support.
• Test new features before customers see them.
• Participate in daily 15-minute team call with colleagues across the group.

PLEASE NOTE: fluent English is a requirement for this role. First hire in the Netherlands. An international developer of vehicle-safety and IoT technology (connected/SaaS) is launching its platform in the Netherlands. You will help build it from the start.

Wat vragen we?

• A degree in computer science, IT or a related field (essential)


• 1-3 years in a technical role (support, service desk, implementation, systems admin)


• Strong IT literacy; you work out an unfamiliar problem without a script


• Care and accuracy with records


• Customer-facing and self-organising (your manager is in the UK)


• Fluent English (working language)


• You already live in the Netherlands with the right to work (no sponsorship)


• Nice to have: Dutch, Polish or Italian, exposure to telematics/IoT/SaaS, ticketing or CRM
