Job summary

Uitzendbureau zoekt een technisch ingestelde professional om een internationaal platform voor voertuigveiligheid en IoT in Nederland te ondersteunen bij de opstart. Je configureert systemen, voert fleet-activaties uit en biedt eerste-lijn ondersteuning voor connectiviteit en devices.

Je hebt 1–3 jaar ervaring in een technische rol, vloeiend Engels, en woont in Nederland met recht op werk. De rol kent hybride werken (Rotterdam/Overijssel) en een marktconform salaris.

Qualifications

• Een diploma in informatica/IT of een verwant vakgebied (essentieel)
• 1–3 jaar ervaring in een technische rol (ondersteuning, service desk, implementatie, systems admin)
• Sterk ICT-vaardigheden; je lost onbekende problemen op zonder script
• Nauwkeurigheid met het bijhouden van administratie/records
• Klantgericht en zelforganiserend (jij hebt een UK-based manager)
• Vloeiend Engels (werktaal)
• Je woont in Nederland met recht op werk (geen sponsoring)
• Nuttige maar optionele kennis: Nederlands, Pools of Italiaans; telematis/IoT/SaaS, ticketing of CRM

Responsibilities

• Zorg voor correcte configuratie van systemen en data; beheer activaties en portals
• Drijf projectwerk: fleet-implementaties tot stand brengen (vaak duizenden voertuigen)
• Eerste-lijnsondersteuning voor connectivity, SIM en device
• Test nieuwe features voordat ze bij klanten terechtkomen
• Dagelijkse 15-minuten stand-up met collega’s uit de groep

PLEASE NOTE: fluent English is a requirement for this role. First hire in the Netherlands. An international developer of vehicle-safety and IoT technology (connected/SaaS) is launching its platform in the Netherlands. You will help build it from the start.

Wat ga je doen?

• Keep systems and data right: set up vehicles and customers correctly, manage activations and device/SIM portals
• Project work: make fleet rollouts (sometimes thousands of vehicles) actually happen
• First-line support on connectivity, SIM and device
• Test new features before customers see them
• Daily 15-minute team call with colleagues across the group

Wat vragen we?

• A degree in computer science, IT or a related field (essential)
• 1-3 years in a technical role (support, service desk, implementation, systems admin)
• Strong IT literacy; you work out an unfamiliar problem without a script
• Care and accuracy with records
• Customer-facing and self-organising (your manager is in the UK)
• Fluent English (working language)
• You already live in the Netherlands with the right to work (no sponsorship)
• Nice to have: Dutch, Polish or Italian, exposure to telematics/IoT/SaaS, ticketing or CRM
