Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team including Field Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Internal Sales.
Define and implement strategic sales plans aligned with sector goals, customer needs, and product offerings.
Drive profitable growth through account development, cross-selling, upselling, and new business acquisition.
Monitor and manage KPIs including gross margin, pipeline health, customer acquisition, and sales performance.
Collaborate with internal departments for accurate forecasting, service delivery, and market alignment.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Foster accountability, continuous learning, customer excellence, and commercial discipline.
