Job summary

EUROQUARTZ, a Belgian industrial group developing and selling high-tech mineral mixes, seeks a Technical Sales Manager for the Dutch market. You will develop regional sales strategy, manage key accounts and coordinate with logistics, planning, finance, production, quality and R&D to drive revenue growth.

Requirements include a native-level Dutch command, fluent English, an MSc in science or economics, willingness to travel across the Netherlands, and 5–10 years in technical sales within

Qualifications

• University degree (MSc) in science or economics with strong interest in technology
• 5-10 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in construction/chemicals
• Able to travel extensively in the Netherlands
• Excellent numerical, presentation and office software skills (Office365, ERP, CRM)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional sales strategy, targets and action plans
• Manage the pipeline, sales forecasts and budgets per customer and product category
• Visit customers and prospects, identify needs and prepare quotes
• Negotiate and close contracts with key accounts
• Identify new opportunities and expand the customer base with the Business Development Director
• Act as technical-commercial link between customers and internal teams
• Monitor payment behavior with finance and support dispute handling
• Represent the company at trade fairs and conferences
