Rise Technical is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager (Critical Power) for the Netherlands. You will lead the Dutch Critical Power strategy for UPS and service solutions, managing key accounts and guiding a small sales team. The role requires leadership, travel, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
• Commercial management experience within Critical Power/UPS.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Dutch Critical Power strategy for UPS, STS and service solutions.
• Personally manage and develop strategic key accounts at management/executive levels.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales and after-sales team of 5.
• Drive complex tenders, channel partner development and pipeline forecasting.
