Job summary

Kelvion Holding GmbH is seeking an Application / Sales Engineer to bridge customers, Sales, and Engineering. You will advise on heat exchangers and translate technical challenges into solutions using our internal calculation software.

You will split time between technical support and preparing quotations, developing complex requests into effective technical proposals, in a collaborative environment with growth opportunities in sales and engineering, based in the Netherlands with a hybrid work

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch are essential.
Strong technical understanding of heat exchangers and related software.
Able to translate customer needs into technical solutions while supporting sales.
Proactive in preparing quotations and developing technical requests.

Responsibilities

Advise customers on heat exchangers and the associated software.
Explain Kelvion’s complete product portfolio to customers.
Identify customer needs and translate into technical solutions.
Prepare quotations and develop technical requests.
Tackle complex customer challenges with engineering input.
Support Sales Managers with technical expertise throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with internal departments to deliver on customer requests.
Contribute to high customer satisfaction through expert advice and prompt follow-up.
