Job summary
Kelvion in Doetinchem is seeking an Application / Sales Engineer to bridge customers, the sales team and internal engineering. You will advise on heat exchangers and translate technical challenges into solutions using our internal calculation software.
The role blends technical support with commercial activity: half your time assisting customers and colleagues, the other half drafting quotations and developing complex technical requests.
Qualifications
- MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting
- Affiniteit met techniek en commercie
- Interesse in warmtewisselaars en technische software
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte aanpak
- Niveau Nederlands en Engels op hoog niveau
Responsibilities
- Adviseren van klanten over warmtewisselaars en de bijbehorende software.
- Technische uitleg geven over het volledige productportfolio.
- Inventariseren van klantbehoeften en vertalen naar passende technische oplossingen.
- Opstellen van offertes en uitwerken van technische aanvragen.
- Beoordelen en uitwerken van complexere klantvraagstukken.
- Ondersteunen van de Sales Managers met technische expertise.
- Afstemmen met interne afdelingen om klantaanvragen succesvol te realiseren.
- Bijdragen aan een hoge klanttevredenheid door deskundig advies en snelle opvolging.
