In this strategic role, you’ll design and lead the technical architecture of endpoint-specific systems, ensure system integrity, and build strong partnerships with external vendors. You’ll be a key player in solving complex technical challenges, mentoring junior talent, and driving innovation across our technology ecosystem.

Principle Accountabilities

• Drive the development and delivery of innovative applications that align with strategic business goals, playing a key role in shaping our technical landscape.
• Own the technical relationship with external vendors, ensuring seamless integration, high-quality service, and alignment with internal standards.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing system architectures tailored to endpoint-specific needs, supporting long-term growth and stability.
• Safeguard system integrity through robust controls, thorough documentation, and proactive monitoring of application performance and infrastructure.
• Tackle complex technical challenges, using infrastructure testing and performance analysis to inform decisions and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing your expertise to build team capability while contributing to a culture grounded in safety, ethics, and our core values.

Skills and Experience Required

• Architect Complex Solutions: Extensive experience designing and delivering technical architectures across diverse, enterprise-scale environments - ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
• Engineer for Excellence: Strong command of system design, infrastructure testing, and performance optimisation, enabling the creation of resilient and high-performing platforms.
• Integrate with Precision: Hands-on expertise in middleware integration and event-driven architecture, with proven success using MuleSoft and SAP to connect enterprise platforms seamlessly.
• Master Salesforce Delivery: Expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows), multi-cloud environments, and APIs/authentication (OAuth 2.0, SSO, event-driven patterns)
• Code with Confidence: Skilled in developing CI/CD pipelines and functional prototypes, translating business needs into clean, efficient code and user-friendly interfaces.
• Lead & Communicate: Exceptional problem-solving and mentoring abilities, with a talent for guiding teams and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and external partners.
