Job summary

Reassurance Technologies, a fast-growing Dutch technology company building software for jails and critical infrastructure, is seeking a Technical Product Owner / Product Delivery Manager to keep complex programs moving and aligned with customer needs.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate requirements into actionable user stories, and own backlogs while collaborating with founders and customers in a hybrid, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong affinity with software development and technology.
• Comfortable working with developers and technical discussions.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Proactive and hands-on attitude.
• Experience with SaaS products.
• Experience with IoT, hardware, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial software.
• Experience working with international customers.
• Experience creating wireframes, specifications, or functional designs.

Your role

This is not a pure Product Owner role.
First and foremost, you are a project manager and coordinator who ensures teams stay aligned internally, priorities are clear, and projects move forward. At the same time, you enjoy diving into technology, understanding how things work, and translating customer needs into solutions developers can build.

You will work with a development team consisting of backend, frontend, QA, hardware, design and infrastructure specialists.

Your work consists of:

Manage timelines, milestones, priorities, and stakeholder expectations

5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles
