A scale‑up in the field of IAM is looking for a product manager to play a crucial role in the product's lifecycle. The product is a smart touchscreen that is installed at different clients. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle with an emphasis on the installation and integration at the client and the challenges that might arise. Your strong communication and problem‑solving skills will be essential to translate business requirements into actionable backlogs and solve challenges during the installation phase, ultimately making a tangible impact on product and technical development.
You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams and guide them on product features, influencing the product and driving technical innovation throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end product innovation and delivery
- Define product vision and strategy
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to create a product roadmap
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and a prioritized product backlog
- Ensure quality, performance, and compliance of products
- Oversee the installation phase and ensure smooth delivery to the client
- Solve both software and hardware‑related issues
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain relevant documentation
- Align product features with business objectives and technical feasibility
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in a complex environment within a small company
- Experience managing a product that has both software and hardware elements
- Higher professional education (HBO/WO) degree, preferably in business administration or IT
- Knowledge of secure software development standards or healthcare is a big plus
- Experience in the international roll‑out of products is a big plus
