Job summary

Jefferson Wells in the Netherlands is seeking an independent service technician for the evening shift at one of the country’s leading mail‑order sites. You will diagnose first‑line faults on sorting installations, carry out preventive maintenance, and log incidents to improve future response times.

You’ll receive a direct contract, a gross salary of €2,800–€3,650 per month, travel reimbursements, and extensive on‑the‑job training, including VCA and process automation.

E-commerce continues to expand rapidly, and you'll become part of the evening shift team at one of the operational sites of the Netherlands' leading mail-order company. During your shift, advanced sorting systems process thousands of parcels. Everything appears to run perfectly until an unexpected interruption occurs and warning signals appear on your monitor. A technical issue requires immediate attention. Thanks to your troubleshooting skills and collaboration with your team, the disruption is resolved quickly and operations continue without delay. Your tasks include:

• Identifying and diagnosing first-line technical faults
• Carrying out preventive maintenance activities on sorting equipment
• Registering incidents and performed actions in the system to improve future response times
• Contributing to the continuous availability and reliability of the installations
