Manpower is recruiting Technical Operators / Site Engineers for a client in the Venlo area. You'll join a supportive, close-knit team at one of the Netherlands’ leading parcel sorting sites, working the evening shift to keep sorting installations performing at peak levels.

The role focuses on identifying faults, carrying out preventive maintenance, and logging incidents to improve future response times, while contributing to reliable operations.

Manpower is currently recruiting Technical Operators / Site Engineers for a client in the area of Venlo.

E-commerce continues to expand rapidly, and you'll become part of the evening shift team at one of the operational sites of the Netherlands' leading mail-order company. During your shift, advanced sorting systems process thousands of parcels. Everything appears to run perfectly until an unexpected interruption occurs and warning signals appear on your monitor.

A technical issue requires immediate attention. Thanks to your troubleshooting skills and collaboration with your team, the disruption is resolved quickly and operations continue without delay.

Your tasks include:

• Identifying and diagnosing first-line technical faults
• Carrying out preventive maintenance activities on sorting equipment
• Registering incidents and performed actions in the system to improve future response times
• Contributing to the continuous availability and reliability of the installations

• Gross salary: €2,800 – €3,650 per month
