Job summary

Manpower is looking for Technical Operators / Site Engineers in the Goes region, working with the largest mail-order company in the Netherlands. You will join an evening team at a client location, resolve machine malfunctions, and ensure smooth operation with quick action and teamwork.

The role offers a direct contract, travel reimbursement, full-time hours (40 per week), and extensive training including courses like VCA and Electrical Switching to develop into an independent service technician.

• Electrical engineering skills or willingness to learn.
• Possession of a driver’s license (B) and a car.
• Eagerness to learn and problem-solving skills; flexibility to work at different locations.

Online shopping is here to stay, and you’ll be part of the evening team at a client location of the largest mail-order company in the Netherlands. The sound of the machines means everything is running smoothly until suddenly it stops and red alerts appear on your screen. A malfunction! With quick action and teamwork, you solve the problem and get the process back on track.

Your Responsibilities:

• Detecting, analyzing, and resolving first-line malfunctions
• Performing preventive maintenance
• Reporting in the system to help resolve future issues faster

What’s in It for You

• Gross salary between€2,800.-and €3,650.- per month
• Direct contract with the client
• Travel expense reimbursement according to company policy
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Shift allowances of 25%, 50%, and 100%
