Job summary
Holland2Stay is seeking a Technical Manager for the Groningen region to ensure the technical quality and condition of a growing portfolio. You will coordinate daily maintenance with R&M Coordinators and act as the technical point of contact for major issues, while working with Contract Manager and Finance to manage contracts and budgets.
You will lead large-scale maintenance and the long-term MJOP plan, collaborating with property owners and contractors to deliver projects on time, within scope
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years in a similar technical role within real estate, property management or maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge with practical, smart, accurate solutions.
- Proactive, communicative, and team-oriented; fluent in Dutch and English.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the technical quality and condition of the portfolio.
- Oversee daily maintenance with Repair & Maintenance Coordinators.
- Act as technical lead for complex issues and emergencies.
- Manage large-scale maintenance and the long-term MJOP plan.
- Collaborate with property owners and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor budgets and project costs with Finance and adjust as needed.
