Job summary

Holland2Stay is seeking an on-site Building Manager to maintain our portfolio of residences in the Eindhoven area. You ensure daily management, safeguard quality, handle maintenance, and act as the main contact for residents with clear, proactive communication.

You will inspect properties, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, document findings, and drive improvements with a structured, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in admin, operation, or real estate is a plus.
• Affinity with real estate or property management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard the quality, appearance, and rentability of buildings in your area.
• Act as the main contact for residents and ensure clear communication.
• Coordinate maintenance and closely work with suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and check the quality of work.
• Carry out inspections and document findings.
• Identify improvements and take action immediately.
