Job summary

Carriere in Weert zoekt een Technische Onderhoudsplanner die onderhoud, reparaties en storingen coördineert over twee locaties. Je plant preventief en correctief onderhoud, wijst werkbonnen toe aan monteurs en bewaakt de beschikbaarheid van onderdelen en gereedschappen.

Je werkt nauw samen met productie en leveranciers, documenteert alles en gebruikt onderhoudsbeheersystemen. Een MBO-4 diploma en uitstekende Nederlandse en Engelse vaardigheden zijn vereist; je gaat deel uitmaken van een hecht

Qualifications

• MBO-4 diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics
• Sterke technische en organisatorische vaardigheden
• Gestructureerde aanpak met uitstekende planning en organisatorische capaciteiten
• Ervaring met onderhoudssoftware en technische documentatie
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
• Onafhankelijk, communicatief en veiligheidsbewust

Responsibilities

• Plannen en voorbereiden van preventief en correctief onderhoud
• Maken en toewijzen van werkorders aan onderhoudsmonteurs
• Afstemmen met de productie over beschikbaarheid van apparatuur
• Bestellen en beheren van reserve-onderdelen, gereedschappen en technische materialen
• Onderhouden van technische documentatie en bijwerken van onderhoudsbeheersystemen
• Af en toe optreden als storingstechnicus bij afwezigheid van collega's

Over de functie

As a Technical Maintenance Planner you will play a key role in ensuring that maintenance, repairs, and breakdowns are handled efficiently across both Wulms Egg Group locations. You will coordinate maintenance activities, technicians, production teams, and suppliers while ensuring that all necessary parts, documentation, and resources are available on time.

Uw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

• Planning and preparing preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Creating and assigning work orders to maintenance technicians
• Coordinating with the production team regarding equipment availability
• Ordering and managing spare parts, tools, and technical materials
• Maintaining technical documentation and updating maintenance management systems
• Occasionally, you will step in as a breakdown technician, for example when colleagues are absent
