Job summary

HCL Technologies B.V. is seeking a Technical Lead in the Netherlands to drive Delphi-based development, modernisation, and database optimization. You will translate requirements into designs, guide complex implementations, and ensure code quality across teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop new EFPAC features and functional enhancements using Delphi.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Delphi 11 or Delphi 13.
