MendriX is seeking a Lead/Principal Delphi Developer who turns code into art and guides a small, sharp team in building transport software. You’ll own architectural direction, drive SOLID-based design, and raise the bar on code quality across Delphi, C#, and TypeScript projects.

You’ll mentor peers, lead code reviews, and collaborate closely with product and QA to deliver robust, scalable solutions in a fast-paced, English-speaking environment.

• 5+ years of solid experience applying SOLID principles, design patterns and making architectural choices.
• Experience leading code design and reviews in Delphi/C#/TypeScript stacks.
• Proficiency with full-stack development including Delphi, C#, and TypeScript.
