Key Responsibilities

• Application maintenance, production support, bug fixing, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Refactoring, upgrades, and performance optimization of existing applications.
• Development of new features, enhancements, and automation solutions.
• Support customer implementations and cloud migration activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure high-quality code through version control and CI/CD best practices.
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Delphi 11 / Delphi 13.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with MS SQL Server.
