I am working with a well-known technology and software house that needs an experienced and technically minded Head of Product to join their growing team. The product you would be managing is one of their most profitable and well-known within the business.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement from their offices in Berlin, Munich, or Amsterdam. The interview process consists of 5-6 stages, and the offered salary ranges from €125,000 to €200,000 per year.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Leadership:

• At least 3-4 years of leadership experience in Product roles
• Managed teams of 3-5+ members

Technical Background:

• Ideally started your career in software development
• Strong development and technical background before moving into product management

Product Experience:

• 5-7+ years in Product Manager or similar roles
• Experience within the software development industry preferred
