Job summary

Unifyrecruitment is seeking a motivated Technical Advisor to oversee safe, efficient fieldwork and quality control on installation projects. You will act as the primary contact for field crews and guide customers on site-related technical activities, coordinating with project managers and technical support teams to keep work on spec, on time and on budget.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and communication skills, experience in construction, and familiarity with oil and gas safety

Qualifications

Experience in related construction works.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Strong planning and organizing skills.
Familiarity with QA/QC policies and safety rules.

Responsibilities

Ensure fieldwork is performed safely, efficiently, and within quality standards.
Serve as primary contact for field crew and guide site-related technical activities.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Technical Support, and subcontractors.
Assist with scope changes, on-site waiting times, and cost inefficiencies.
Attend site walks and develop scope of work for customer quotations.
Ensure QA/QC policies are followed and train staff as needed.
Lead on-site supervision when required.
Promote continuous improvement and value delivery.
