• High standards for safety and work practices.
• Significant technical experience in relevant construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret installation drawings and manuals.
• A critical, problem-solving attitude with a proactive and collaborative approach focused on quality.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both Dutch and English; capable of clearly explaining technical constraints and solutions.
• Experience with safety and quality regulations in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• A team player with excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• VCA Basic/VOL certification.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
