Job summary

Profile Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer

Can you turn complex project requirements into successful execution by keeping engineering, procurement, and stakeholders aligned from start to finish? Can you identify project risks and drive solutions before they impact delivery?

We are looking for a Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer to coordinate engineering, procurement, and project execution activities, ensuring complex oil & gas projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies in collaboration with project management teams.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and vendor activities to ensure project objectives and milestones are achieved.
• Manage interfaces between disciplines, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to support successful delivery.
• Support package management, delivery management, and change management activities within assigned projects.
• Conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to support project decision-making.
• Review project documentation, specifications, reports, and technical deliverables.
• Support contract administration, budget monitoring, and project reporting activities.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies to maintain effective communication and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures.

Requirements Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Structural, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer within the oil & gas, offshore, or EPC industry.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and project execution activities.
• Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, budget control, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with package management, interface management, or delivery management is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international project teams.
• Willingness to travel for project-related activities when required.
