What can you expect from us?

At REV’IT!, Design, Performance, and Innovation guide everything we do. As Product Developer – Tech Fashion, you will play a key role in developing apparel that is visually striking, technically sound, and ready for everyday movement.

You will work alongside designers, pattern makers, and material specialists to bring each garment to life. From ideation to industrialization, you will oversee the technical development of pieces that are rooted in fashion yet engineered for performance and protection.

Our Tech Fashion line reflects a new generation of riders and commuters. You will help translate creative concepts into apparel that move effortlessly between function and lifestyle, always meeting the high standards REV’IT! is known for.

What does this mean in practice?

Your job will include:

• Supporting the end-to-end development of the Tech Fashion apparel range (jackets, pants and jeans).
• Translating style concepts into garments with built-in functionality and protection.
• Collaborating closely with internal design and R&D teams to ensure quality and consistency.
• Working with global suppliers to develop and assess prototypes and production samples.
• Monitoring fit, sizing, and construction to align with REV’IT! standards.
• Managing product documentation such as BOMs and tech packs.
• Participating in seasonal planning and collection reviews.
• Contributing to material research for performance and durability improvements.
• Ensuring certification and safety standards are integrated into the process.
• Staying updated on developments in fashion, textile innovation, and motorcycle/mobility culture.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable). You will report to the Product Development Manager.

You are a motivated professional with a background in fashion and a sharp eye for construction and detail. You enjoy balancing creativity and practicality, and you are driven by the challenge of turning great ideas into great apparel.

• A completed degree in fashion, product development, or a related field.
• Between 1 and 5 years of work experience in fashion or apparel development.
• Affinity with technical textiles and functionally driven apparel.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• A structured and solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with PLM systems and Microsoft Office
• A proactive, collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
