TNO is seeking a Safety and Health Advisor to coordinate safety across its Research Facilities. The role requires balancing operational and strategic duties while engaging with stakeholders at every level. You will visit multiple locations across the Netherlands and contribute to elevating the safety culture.

What will be your role? What makes TNO unique for a Safety and Health Advisor is the wide range of safety challenges you will encounter. From hazardous substances and custom-built machinery to emergency response (BHV), crisis management, and building safety, where environmental issues and permits also play a role. This makes the position exceptionally varied. Together with the other advisors within the Research Facilities department, you will take a coordinating and advisory role in everything related to safety within TNO. You will continuously switch between operational and strategic levels. Due to the innovative nature of TNO’s research activities, your work will be highly dynamic, and new challenges and questions will constantly arise. #LI-Hybrid The team's objective is to strengthen TNO’s safety culture and minimize risks across all locations.
